There's no contact form, no newsletter and no account system on this site, deliberately — it means there's nothing here that collects your personal details. Email is the whole of it.

Good reasons to email

• Corrections. A wrong figure, a dead link, a standard that's been revised, an employer listed that no longer runs the scheme. Include the page URL and I'll fix it.
• You're a university, provider or employer and your entry is wrong, out of date, or you'd like it removed. The listings are generated from public government registers, but I'd rather correct or remove an entry than argue about it.
• Press and research enquiries about degree apprenticeships.
• Advertising problems — an ad on this site that's misleading, broken or inappropriate next to the content.
• Privacy requests under UK data protection law — see the privacy policy for what I do and don't hold.

Things I genuinely can't help with

I'm not a recruiter and I have no relationship with any employer listed here. I can't pass on a CV, put in a word, tell you whether you'll get in, or get you an interview. Applications go through the employer or through Find an apprenticeship — never through me, and anyone claiming otherwise on this site's behalf is not me.

I also can't give you personal careers, financial, legal or tax advice. The guides describe what happened to me and what the rules said when I checked them; they aren't a substitute for advice about your situation.

Response times

This is a side project, not a business with a support desk. Corrections usually get picked up within a week or so; other things can take longer. If something is urgent and legal, say so in the subject line.
